Municipal Cultural Institute “Museum Center” – Sozopol

The Museum Center is a major cultural institute on the territory of Sozopol Municipality. It was established in 2014 with the aim of researching, preserving, presenting and promoting the rich cultural and historical heritage of Sozopol – the most ancient city in Bulgaria. It develops in three directions – archeology, ethnography and fine arts. Its structure includes Archaeological Museum – Sozopol, Ethnographic Museum, Тhe Art Gallery, exposition “The Old Sozopol” and St. Nikola Museum in Chernomorets.
